Where do you ship?

We ship all over Spain and to European countries.

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within up to 5 business days before being shipped. This time allows us to carefully prepare each piece.

How long does shipping take?

Once the order is shipped, the delivery time is approximately:

Spain: 2 to 5 business days
Europe: 4 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your shipment at all times.

Are the products waterproof?

Yes. Our jewelry is made of high-quality stainless steel with 14k gold plating, which allows it to be used in contact with water without oxidizing or losing color.

Can I return or exchange my order?

If you need to make a return or exchange, you can contact us within the first 14 days after receiving the order. The items must be unused and in their original packaging.
